Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

In most cases, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. During peak seasons, it could take around 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you know your order is on the way!

Custom orders are subject to longer processing times, which will be discussed with you via email. 

 

ORDER PICK-UP

If you select one of the pick-up options at check-out, the pick-up details will be coordinated with you directly. Typically, pick-up in Montreal is usually available, with other cities (Toronto, Ottawa, and others) available during certain dates. If no pick-up option appears at check-out, pick-ups are not available at that time.

SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within a week using Canada Post or USPS. Shipping options range from untracked lettermail to tracked parcel. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with a list of the countries we currently ship to. Special offers, including free shipping days, will be sent from time to time to newsletter subscribers.
