Shipping & Returns

Order processing
In most cases, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order. During peak seasons, it could take around 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you know your order is on the way.
Please note that custom orders are subject to longer processing times, which will be discussed with you via email.
Pick-up
If you select one of the free pick-up options at check-out, the pick-up details will be coordinated with you directly. Typically, pick-up in Montreal is usually available, with other cities (Toronto, Ottawa, and others) available during certain dates. If no pick-up option appears at check-out, pick-ups are not available at that time.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within a week using Canada Post, USPS, or UPS. Shipping options range from untracked lettermail (at the buyer's own risk) to tracked parcel. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with a list of the countries we currently ship to. Special offers, including free shipping days, will be sent from time to time to newsletter subscribers.
Returns
As a small business, we are currently unable to facilitate returns for most orders. However, if you receive the wrong product in your order or the product you receive is found to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us at info@ausma.shop within 5 days of receiving the item and we will make it right.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not return any items without receiving our confirmation.
