About our jewellery
Where is your jewellery made?
All of our jewellery is handcrafted by us from start to finish at our studio in Canada, guaranteeing high quality. When we say our products are “handmade with love” we truly mean it.
What materials do you use?
We use high quality natural materials to make our jewellery, such as Baltic amber, sterling silver, and natural silk. We prioritize sourcing our supplies and raw materials from other small businesses.

How can I find my size?
Each product page features a "Find your perfect fit" section that has details about the product's sizing. Please note that all our products are handmade, so some slight variations in sizes and fit are to be expected.

What are the care instructions?
Due to the delicate nature of handmade jewellery, some extra care is needed to ensure your jewellery's longevity.

All about ordering
Where can I buy your jewellery?
The largest assortment of our collection is available on our online store, with a selection of our jewellery is currently available at the shops listed on the Stockists page.
We're looking to work with boutique shops, especially across Canada and Europe, so please get in touch if you'd like to stock our jewellery or have recommendations of shops you'd love to see our products in.
What type of packaging do you use?
In order to minimize waste, we package our jewellery on small cards made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper that can be easily recycled again.
Online orders are packed in small paper boxes lined with tissue paper or kraft mailers with bubble wrap that protects the product in-transit. Pick-up orders are packed in kraft paper envelopes or small boxes to reduce plastic usage.
We appreciate it when customers either reuse or recycle the packaging they receive.
How will I get my order?
Shipping: All shipping options are displayed at check-out and are dependent on your delivery location.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been packaged and shipped out. The delivery timeline will depend on your delivery location and the shipping service chosen.
Pick-up: We keep our pick-up options up-to-date on our shipping page with the cities and dates when we can accommodate a free pick-up. Details will be discussed directly with the customers that choose this option, when it is available.
What is your return policy?
As a small business operating from a tiny studio, we are currently unable to facilitate returns. However, in the off chance that the product you receive is found to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us at info@ausma.shop or use our contact form as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
